To support the run activities and applications management for the live entities, to maximize end user satisfaction . In more details the position objective is to:

·         Provide applicative support to the local business

o   Address requests / issues through ticketing process

o   Ensure that key users are mastering their IT processes and tools

·         Monitor incidents management process

o   Act as point of contact for business in case of IT incident

o   Realize first diagnosis, evaluate criticity and take appropriate actions including escalation to the next level support teams

o   Ensure proper communication to all stakeholders

o   Ensure that Root Cause Analysis and related actions plans are provided

·         Manage application evolutions

o   Take into account or propose requests for evolutions (new processes, improvements ..)

o   Propose appropriate solution to fulfill business requirements

o   Follow up implementation process

o   Secure move to production process

·         Participate to deployment projects

o   Provide knowledge of local processes for new projects

o   Facilitate proper integration with local landscape / context

o   Facilitate alignment with standard Company processes

·         Interact with internal and external partners

o   Capgemini, IBM, Manhattan …
