Committed to delivering excellence in financial management, they are seeking a skilled Corporate Accountant with expertise in private equity real estate and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) accounting to join their dynamic team.

The Corporate Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of their private equity real estate portfolios and SPVs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Luxembourg's financial regulations, strong expertise in private equity real estate accounting, and the ability to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.

Corporate and SPV Accountant - Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounting processes for private equity real estate investments and SPVs.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and relevant regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure adherence to fund structures, legal agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and investment professionals, to ensure seamless financial operations. 

Corporate and SPV Accountant - Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Corporate and SPV Accountant - Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate accounting, preferably in private equity real estate.
• Experience working in a regulated financial environment in Luxembourg.
