Senior IT Recruitment Consultant with french London or Newcastle
What we look for in successful applicants:
- Native (French or Swedish or Italian or German or Spanish or English) speaker with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Good to fluent English for corporate communication
- A minimum of 1-2 years IT Recruitment experience
- Equivalent experience as an IT B2B sales representative will also be considered
- Driven and result's-orientated, with a proven sales track record, winning & retaining clients
- A confident and out-going personality
- A hard working and dynamic individual with a positive and can-do attitude
- An entrepreneurial, self-starter individual
- A desire to work collaboratively
- Ability to build business relationships, negotiate at C-level
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, able to prioritise taks
Daily Tasks / Key Responsibilities:
- Signing new business and retaining developing existing client accounts
- Understanding clients needs and offering relevant recruitment solutions
- Develop vertical market knowledge (technologies, market trends, events)
- Building a specialist network of high calibre candidates
- Sourcing and matching candidates with your clients' needs
- Organising interviews
- Negotiating offers and securing placements
- Post placement follow-up
- Developing market penetration and spotting growth opportunities
